UNIT 12 SERVICE

Abaut the services I think it`s important, We need all these information because en aur carrer is esencial.

UNIT 13 PRODUCTIVITY

in these unit we studied the adjectives and adverbs, an article of revolution in the car industry and managing time for eg:

We don`t have much time; We must finish by 11 o`clock; Xe`re running out of time; We need to be quick; Could we quickly talk about...?; Can you please keep it short?; OK - it`s time to finish.

UNIT 14 CREATIVITY

We studied an article "A different perspective" it was very interesting, olso studied conditional 2 for eg:

SPEAKING No. 1
JONATAN: Good morning. I’m the shop manager and I’ve got a problem.
IVONNE: Good morning. What can I do for you?
JONATAN: I ordered 200 rolls this morning, but you delivered me 400 rolls.
IVONNE: I’m sorry. There are two possibilities: You could collect all the extra rollsTANIA: I’m not sure!
IVONNE: Or you could to keep all the rolls and sell them. If you don’t sell the extra rolls, I will refund the cost.
JONATAN: I think that the best solution is to keep all of them
GEORGE: Are you sure?.
JONATAN: Yes, that’s ok
IVONNE: Thank´s for understand.

SPEAKING No. 2

I was the team´s leader and made a met to talking about the best decision of our company.

JONATAN: Good morning colleagues we are meeting because aour company is in a huge problem: The productivity has fallen significantly, the workers are unhappy, our quality is poor and we losses thousands of euros each month. Also our reputation is badly damaged.Let´s start, we need to decide the best option. Tell my Thiers ideas?
TANIA: We can give a pay increase toa ll the workers. If we do this, the workers will be happy and they improve their productivity. What do you think about that?
JONATAN: Is bad idea because need to high cost and our capital is low.
KARLA: What about reduce the level wich workers can earn a productivity bonus.
JONATAN: Thats better idea. Do any have other opinions?
JORGE: Instead of we can appoint a new production manager.
ZURI: Why not cut labour costs? But not recruiting any new workers when people leave.
JONATAN: Ok, is time to decide. The better option is Karla´s. Are everybody agree?ALL: I like that.
